Medical Opinion & Treatment Planning: Share your reports, medical history, and clinical details via email. Our oncology specialists will review your case, outline a treatment plan, and suggest an estimated duration of stay.
Treatment Cost Estimate: Based on the proposed plan, our team provides an advance quotation including medical and hospital costs.
Visa Support: We provide a formal medical invitation letter to help you and your accompanying family member obtain a medical visa quickly.
Proforma Invoice: For wire transfers or insurance purposes, a detailed invoice can be shared to help arrange prepayment or guarantee of payment (GOP) through your insurer.

Airport Transfers: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services in a car or ambulance, depending on medical condition. Our hospital representative welcomes you at the airport.
Accommodation Support: Assistance in booking suitable hotels, guest houses, or serviced apartments near the hospital according to your comfort and budget.
Dedicated International Patient Coordinator: A single point of contact (SPOC) who guides you through every step, including registration, discharge, local SIM card setup, Wi-Fi, interpreter coordination, visa extensions, and sightseeing assistance.
Currency Exchange: Easy and secure currency exchange facilities are available within the hospital premises.

Hospital Admission: Your coordinator will assist with all admission formalities and help you settle in comfortably.

Attendant Stay: Accommodation is available for one relative in twin or single rooms and up to two in suite rooms. For ICU patients, alternate lodging is arranged nearby as per policy.
